If people weren't happy eating at McDonald's and similar restaurants, those restaurants wouldn't still be in business (provided that they don't get subsidized by the government or become a government contractor of course). The lawsuit against McDonald's for making somebody fat was too laughable even for our awful court system to consider, which is fortunate. If they had successfully sued McDonald's in that case, it would have been a disaster, as it would have shown that there is nothing absurd that the courts won't consider.
