why would anyone want to sue the fast food market? If you eat fast food, you do that by your own will.. no one is forcing you to eat fast food.. what needs to happen is all these stupid lawsuits that people do bring against the market need to be thrown out before they even get to court

Nothing… You would have to win the lawsuit first. Up to that point you would just be making the lawyers richer.

Come up with a good reason to sue them first, then get back to us.
I can’t think of ANY reasons to sue.

Mainly, this would tie up the courts and keep them from doing their regular work. That would be bad for the economy.

Nobody has any good reason to sue the fast food companies. If people weren’t happy eating at McDonald’s and similar restaurants, those restaurants wouldn’t still be in business (provided that they don’t get subsidized by the government or become a government contractor of course).
The lawsuit against McDonald’s for making somebody fat was too laughable even for our awful court system to consider, which is fortunate. If they had successfully sued McDonald’s in that case, it would have been a disaster, as it would have shown that there is nothing absurd that the courts won’t consider.

It would be great! First of all, we could all win about a million dollars, which would solve the poverty problem and be a tremendous boost to the economy. Secondly, all the fast food places would go out of business, and they would be replaced by better restaurants like Red Lobster and the Olive Garden. I think this is a tremendous idea.
