If the US economy collapses, is leaving the US a good option?

If the US economy collapses, is leaving the US a good option? I have a home overseas that is paid off. I don’t have to worry abot a mortgage, rent, car payment, or any major expenses. The dollar, even if it is devalued here in the US, will take me a little further over there. This is a Southeast Asian country with beautiful beaches and women. The dollar can go a long way there also.

Would it be a good idea to leave if the US economy gets worse and worse and worse?

Why would you have to wait for U.S. economy to collapse before living the life you wanted? Go ahead and enjoy for nobody could foretell what future lies ahead.
